2019 AGM Voting results

Thank you to all members who submitted their voting sheets and to those who attended the 2019 AGM. A quorum of 135 votes were required and 157 valid voting sheets were received from members in good standing.

The following voting results were received for question 7:
Acceptance of the new time slot for use of power tools (Mon – Sat: 07h30 – 18h00): 87% voted yes and 13% voted no, therefore the new time slot is accepted.

Thank you to all the trustees for their service, and especially our Chairman Piet Badenhorst for his capable leadership and guidance.

This is circulated via email to members who requested the email, and will be posted on the website (www.welgedacht.co.za) in the Members section at the same time. Welgedacht’s website provides a lot of information

The new Welgedacht website has been available since May 2018 (www.welgedacht.co.za) and provides a general section which anyone can view, and a Members section for which you must register.

The Member’s section contains dates of upcoming meetings, all the important documents and forms you may need, archived copies of published newsletters, and Trustee meeting minutes. There is a section where Club House bookings can be requested (the booking will be confirmed by the office). A dark green block on a specific date indicates that the Club House is already booked, and a grey block indicates an unconfirmed booking.

Register your access for the Member’s section on the site, the registration will be confirmed by the office. Once your registration is confirmed, you may log in with your email address and the password you selected on registration.

Any comments on the website or nice photos of the estate (for posting on the site) may be submitted to the office. (admin@whoa.co.za)
